Crab Rangoon
Ingredients:
Cream Cheese
Soy Sauce
White Pepper
Wonton Wraps
Ginger Paste
Minced Garlic Paste
Diced Crab Meat
Scallions
Garlic Powder
Directions:
1. Mash the cream cheese until smooth.
2. Sprinkle in the white pepper.
3. Stir in the ginger and minced garlic paste.
4. Add the garlic powder.
5. Pour in a small amount of soy sauce.
6. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
7. Fold in the diced crab meat.
8. Toss in the scallions.
9. Continue mixing until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency.
10. Scoop a small portion of the filling and wrap it diagonally using the wonton wraps.
11. Deep-fry each piece until they turn golden brown.

Grilled Ribeye Steak with Garlic Butter
Ingredients:
2 Ribeye steaks (1 inch thick)
2 tbsp olive oil
4 cloves garlic (minced)
4 tbsp unsalted butter
Fresh rosemary or thyme
Salt & black pepper
Paprika (optional)
Directions:
1. Prep the Steak:
Take the steak out of the fridge 30 mins before cooking.
Rub both sides with olive oil, salt, black pepper & paprika.
2. Grill the Steak:
Heat your grill pan or charcoal grill on high.
Grill each side for 3-4 mins for medium rare or 5-6 mins for medium.
3. Garlic Butter Sauce:
In a pan, melt butter on low heat.
Add minced garlic and fresh rosemary.
Let it sizzle for 1-2 mins.
4. Serve:
Pour garlic butter over the hot steak.
Let it rest for 5 mins before serving.
